Participation fee: $90 via cash, check (made payable to MQP sports boosters) or card in school office. You will not be able to make your payment online on the registration link. Payment must be turned into Mrs. Childers on or before Nov. 7th.![]()
Physicals, Lindsay Law, and behavior contract must be turned into Mrs. Childers on or before Oct 24th.![]()
